Description: 
Our Self-Help Programs will be designed to help optimize our consumers’ personal, social, and vocational competency in order to live successfully in the community. Activities are determined by the needs of the consumer. They will be an active partner in all aspects of these programs. On a case by case basis, we will act as Case Managers and provide goal-oriented and individualized supports focusing on improved self-sufficiency through assessment, planning, linkage, advocacy, and coordination. Training sessions include group and one-on-one settings.
